{Mommy's Little Miracle} Blooming Bath

*Mommy's Obsessions received a complimentary Blooming Bath for review in exchange for our honest thoughts and opinions*

Today Mommy's Little Miracle is featuring a company that is revolutionizing the way we bathe our babies - Blooming Bath!

One item for Baby #2 that has been on my list since before we conceived, was a Blooming Bath. When I first learned of the Blooming Bath I immediately fell in love with it. Not only is it adorable, but it looked so much more comfortable for baby than those stiff plastic bath tubs! When I finally saw it in stores, my love only deepened and I knew that this was a must have baby product for when we had our second little one.

Are you expecting in 2014? Did you just have your little bundle of joy? Know someone who's pregnant or trying to conceive? Then this event is for you! About Blooming Bath
(As from their website)

"Eric Devericks was a professional cartoonist. Brian Pond designed golf putters. David Morelock loved to surf. And Tom Morris was a proud geek. The four friends couldn’t have been more different. But they all had one thing in common: They were dads — and they prided themselves on being good ones. Change a diaper? No sweat. Soothe a screaming newborn? Right away. Pull a splinter? Kiss a boo-boo? Laugh at really bad knock-knock jokes? Of course. But there was another thing they had in common — experience with a chore that really shouldn’t be a chore. “When your baby’s so soapy and slippery and squirmy and when you’re trying to bend over a tub or keep them in place in the sink — frankly, it just takes a lot of the enjoyment out of a moment that should be such a great time,” Morelock said. Together, the four fathers co-founded the new company. And after more than a year of hard work, they rolled out their first product: Blooming Bath. The flower-shaped bath pillow conforms to the shape of any sink — and keeps those little wiggle worms right where they belong. It’s durable, easy to clean and unbelievably adorable."

The Blooming Bath is a product that I am very excited about as mentioned below, when I first laid eyes on it I was immediately intrigued and knew I needed one for Little Boy, even before we had conceived him!

Blooming Bath was generous enough to send me one in green, and I just absolutely adore it! It's a fun and bright shade, perfect for a little boy or a little girl! When you purchase your Blooming Bath, it comes in a plastic zippered bag which is great for also storing it in once it is completely dry, or even in between babies!

The Blooming Bath is made from plush, cuddly, and incredibly soft material that provides the ultimate comfort for your little one during their bath time. The thickness is a little over an inch and it really gives your child a plush, cradled experience while you bathe them in the sink!

If you're expecting your little ones arrival, head on over to your registry and remove that hard plastic bath tub that's on your registry and throw a Blooming Bath on it instead! The Blooming Bath conforms to any sized sink and offers a comfortable cradle for your newborn or infant that is safe and durable! Below I have placed the Blooming Bath in the kitchen sink (left) and the bathroom sink (right) and although the Blooming Bath does fit, I wouldn't recommend bathing your child in the bathroom sink. To give your child a bath as per Blooming Bath's recommendation, you will want to fill your sink to with an appropriate water temperature, place the Blooming Bath in the sink, and then place your baby in the Blooming Bath. Never run water over your baby, as you know, water temperatures can fluctuate quickly! The Blooming Bath does not hold water so you will want to fill your sink prior to using it.

Since Little Boy hasn't arrived yet, Little Mister thought it would be fun to throw Goofy (aka "Foofy") into his brother's Blooming Bath and really got a kick out of it when I left Goofy in for a photo opp. Although stiffer than a newborn or small infant, Goofy measure approximately 19 inches and made a pretty good little model! I wouldn't let Little Mister bathe Goofty, but with his help I was able to get a pretty good idea of how Little Boy would fit in the Blooming Bath and I have to say, I am quite pleased!

Once you are finished giving your little one a bath in their Blooming Bath, you'll want to dry it so that it is ready to go for next time! You can either throw the Blooming Bath into your dryer for 10 to 15 minutes to get it dry, or simply hang it by the hang tag for it to air dry! The Blooming Bath is light weight and does not hold water, so it will dry in a timely matter!

I love the Blooming Bath and I cannot wait for Little Boy to arrive so that we can give him his first bath in it! If you're looking for a soft and comfortable bath for your newborn to six month old, the Blooming Bath is one to add to your registry or pick up next time you're at a retailer that stocks this fantastic little bath!

To Purchase: Visit Blooming Bath and grab the color bath (available in 5 fun colors!) that you would love for your little one! Blooming Bath also carries bath products!
To Win: Mommy's Obsessions and Blooming Bath want to give one lucky winner a Blooming Bath in their choice of color!
