When Little Mister was a baby, we were very fortunate to have a handful of large items given to use by my aunt and uncle, since their daughter was about three when Little Mister was born. We received our crib, changing table, and crib mattress from them and I was so grateful to have saved some money! "The concept for Colgate Mattress was hatched in New York City on Colgate Avenue, which is where our name comes from. Colgate is the oldest crib mattress manufacturer in the U.S. with over half a century of business under its belt. The company started on March 5, 1955 in a small, 4,000 square foot building on Ponce De Leon Avenue in Atlanta, Georgia. Colgate Kids was generous enough to offer me the Nuzzle Snuze Crib Mattress for review and I was over the moon excited to have the opportunity and even more excited that Little Boy would have the chance to sleep on a brand new crib mattress and not be the third baby to sleep on a now road-rashed mattress! While my parents were in town, and then again for when my in laws visited, Little Mister actually had the opportunity to sleep on the Nuzzle Snuze mattress since our guests were in his bed, and he seemed more than comfortable on the mattress. In fact, he seemed to get a better nights sleep in those few nights than he did on his old crib mattress! He had no trouble falling to sleep or staying asleep once he crawled up with his blankies on this cozy mattress!
