Today Mommy's Little Miracle is featuring a company that provides your little one with the most stylish clothes around - Gymboree!
When it comes time to shop for clothing for your baby or child, typically the first thing that parents think about its 1) Is it expensive and 2) Is it quality. There are hundreds, if not thousands of companies and small businesses who specialize in children's clothing, but one company that always sticks out in my mind when I think of quality and affordability is Gymboree! When I found out that I was having another little boy I was ecstatic that I wouldn't have to run out and purchase a whole new wardrobe for him having saved majority of Little Misters clothing, but I did want to get a few new outfits that were just his, so I visited the Gymboree website and started building a shopping cart! For just over $100 I was able to get 15 items (11 newborn or 0-3 month sizes, 3 items for Little Mister in sizes 3T or 4T, and a super cute blanket for Little Boy)! Talk about getting "bang for your buck"!

Gymboree is a cloth company that I have always loved for Little Mister - not only is the quality unbeatable, but the prices are reasonable and if you can catch a good sale, you're in for a real treat! I love that the clothes hold up fabulously even after they're wash multiple times and played roughly in!
Gymboree was generous enough to send me a gift card so that I could go on a little shopping spree for Little Boy, and I was so thrilled that it arrived on the very same day as their Big Red Balloon sale! Our closest Gymboree store is about an hour away (at the mall) so I decided to shop from the comfort of my own home (in my pajamas with a cup of decaf in my hand I might add, it was glorious). After navigating through the website for what seemed like hours, adding things to my cart, rethinking items and removing them, adding new items, changing up sizes, and pretty much every other thing I could possibly do before checking out, I finally settled on fifteen items, twelve things for Little Boy and three things for Little Mister.
Grand total on this purchase....$106.
Yep you read that right, $106 for 15 items.
One set that I was so excited to see on sale was this ridiculously cute turtle set. There were several different pieces that matched this collection and it was a challenge to pick and choose certain things, but I am so excited to have settled on what I did. I snagged a receiving blanket, sweatshirt, hat, onesie, pants, socks, and a sleeper for this precious little turtle collection and I just love it! Unfortunately for me it wasn't available in newborn size so I grabbed everything in a 0-3 months, but I am so excited to put Little Boy it in during the winter!
While shopping on the Gymboree website I also game across his gem of an outfit - beavers!!! I just couldn't resist it and decide that I would be pairing it with a white long sleeve onesie for Little Boy's coming home outfit! It's adorable and comfortable - what could be better!
I have a soft spot for nautical themes so when I spotted these two onesies I just couldn't resist! I absolutely adore the striped sharks, and the Daddy's Little Explorer was just to cute to pass up!
During my shopping spree I couldn't forget about my first little man! When I stumbled across a pair of roll up jeans I immediately thought they would look so cute with his Toms, and when I found the two shirts that I decided to pair with the jeans, I knew they would both make a ridiculously adorable outfit. The Lime Green tee really caught my eye because of it's vibrancy and I thought it would look perfect with his skin tone, and the crab tank top I could picture perfectly with his Toms!
I may be a little bias, but I think Little Mister looks pretty darn cute in his outfits, wouldn't you agree?
If you're looking for fashionable, high quality, yet still affordable baby and kids clothes, we highly recommend visiting your local Gymboree or going and shopping on their website!
To Purchase: Visit Gymboree and shop their newest collections of baby and children's clothing, and be sure to check out their sale section too!

My new little grandson is due in three weeks and I really love the Gymboree Turtle outfit that you reviewed! I think it would make a great coming home outfit. I think I better head to Gymboree this week!
ReplyDeleteThe same outfit I wore when I came home from the hospital 34 years ago. A little white crocheted dress from my aunt
ReplyDeleteMy daughter's coming home outfit was a little white sleeper with pink hearts all over it. It had a matching hat, booties, and mittens. And then we wrapped her in a pink blanket crocheted by a family friend. It was a whole lot of pink. We don't know what we're having this time yet, so we haven't picked it out, but it will be January, so something gender appropriate, snuggly and warm is my preference! :) We will probably try to let our 3 year old pick it out to make it more special.
ReplyDeleteOh, the adorable elephants one piece! Definitely!
ReplyDeleteI love the studio sweetie outfit with the brushstroke dress! Adorable!

I love the Half Dotted Girls Dress. It would be so cute with a pair of leggings and boots. My daughter would love this for school.
ReplyDeleteThe coming home outfit was a blue outfit with a little whale on the tummy.
ReplyDeleteMy son had a gender neutral outfit with animals all over it (mostly ducks). We chose to be surprised by his gender. We knew we were having a girl this last time, so I made her a cute t-shirt that said Little Sister on the front and her name on the back (and made a matching one for Big Brother), and paired it with a denim skirt and legwarmers.
ReplyDeleteI got my nephew his first swim outfit from there. I loved it so much but as always I liked the little girl section much better. I didn't have a girl to shop for at the time , but now with my little bundle on the way in excited to shop all things girl.
ReplyDeleteLove this store can't want to go into the girls section for the first time and pick out all those cute outfits I so often had to pass up. Oh the joys of having a little girl. So excited
ReplyDeleteWoW there is a great clearance sale on Gymboree web site! I love this item:

ReplyDeleteMy daughter is 6, and I seriously don't even remember what she wore home. It was probably one of those sleep sacks that has sleeves. I wonder if we even took pictures. We were exhausted! No one tells you that you sleep better at home than at the hospital!
