Whether you're currently expecting or plan to be, maternity clothing is something that most women dread buying. Not only is it expensive, but once you've had your little bundle of joy, the clothing is no longer necessary! I hate the idea of buying maternity clothes and am so frugal when it comes to it. Not to mention, most maternity clothes are ugly! At least thats what I thought.
Pink Blush Maternity offers not only stylish and gorgeous maternity clothes, but they're clothes that can be worn long after your baby is born. From beautiful dresses to trendy tops, they allow you to create your maternity wardrobe into a wardrobe that can be worn past postpartum and actually look like you're not maternity clothing!
I was thrilled that Pink Blush Maternity was generous enough to let me browse the website and choose an outfit that I would love to wear! I decided to go with an outfit that can be worn as separates or together. The White Chiffon Polka Dot Textured Blouse and Floral Scarf* create a perfect look for the summer to be worn with leggings or jeans! One thing that I didn't realize when I decided to go with the blouse is that it was adorned with gorgeous little gold polka dots! I had looked at so many gorgeous blouses on their website that I actually chose the outfit based off of the model that, at the time, was on their home page. I loved how she looked in the outfit and asked Pink Blush for what she was wearing! I personally think that hints of gold are extremely classy so when I opened my package I literally squealed in delight over the beautiful blouse.
The other item I received was a beautiful lightweight scarf that is perfect for all year round. Although I live in Arizona, I have already worn this scarf countless times throughout the summer because it is perfect for the monsoon season! If I'm out and get a little chilled when those clouds start rolling in, I can easily turn the scarf into a shawl to protect my shoulders!
Together the patterns make up a gorgeous pairing and I adore how they look together. Although I can wear them separately and still achieve a stylish look, I just can't resist putting them together and enjoying the undeniable style!
The length of the blouse actually fits me more like a dress, but I personally wouldn't wear it without pants or leggings underneath. Due to the nature of the back and strap cut of this blouse, you will need to acquire a strapless or a backless strapless bra to wear with it, but luckily I had one on hand! I absolutely love the cut of the front of the blouse, it has a very classy V neck that gives off just a small amount femininity.
My only complaint about the blouse is that it is very sheer, which is to be expected with white chiffon, but unfortunately I have yet to find the perfect layer for underneath where my maternity pants or leggings don't show through if I am not layering the scarf on top of the blouse. Aside from that the blouse is extremely comfortable to wear while and very accommodating for growing baby bumps! The scarf is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for all year round! I have paired it with many different outfits and is a great accessory to spice up your outfit!
I have become a huge fan of Pink Blush Maternity and am very impressed with the quality of their clothing and accessories. Since receiving the products above for review I have visited their website many times and have created a mental wish list of additional maternity clothes that I am feigning for! Mr. Hunky already approved a mini shopping spree so as soon as payday rolls around, I plan on shopping at Pink Blush Maternity again! I would highly recommend their website to any expectant mother, and if you aren't expecting yet or want to grab some clothing once you are postpartum, they also have a women's clothing website too!
