Saranoni is a luxury blanket company started in 2006 with a passion for creating things people will love.  They believe the first thing a child will see, hold and touch should be special so they created blankets in different sizes, textures, colors and patterns. The sizes of their blankets vary from the mini blanket (15x20) which is great for newborns to the adult throw (60x80) that can wrap around an entire family for a perfect for evening cuddling! Saranoni generously allowed me to choose which adult throw I like the best for review! There are four different styles of adult throws; the Bamboni, the Lush/Lush, the Swirl/Lush, and the Wave and Wild. I chose the Swirl/Lush in the Teal Swirl/Charcoal Lush because I knew it would look amazing with my charcoal gray couch! I'll be honest. I had heard of Saranoni blankets before and I always heard nothing but amazing things about them, but I could never understand (here's where I'm a little brutally honest) why anyone would spend over $100 on a blanket. I mean c'mon, it's just a blanket. No. Wrong. Very Wrong. It's not just a blanket, it's a little slice of heaven that you can wrap around your body in pure cuddle contentment. Even my mother, one of the most frugal women I know, fell in love and said that she now understood what the fuss was about. Read on my friends, I guarantee by the end of this review you'll understand what the fuss is about too.

When your Saranoni blanket arrives, it is folded perfectly and wrapped with a Saranoni ribbon to keep it in place. The way the blanket is presented makes it perfect to pass along as a gift, but trust me, you won't want to. 

It's going to be hard to explain just how soft the Swirl/Lush Saranoni Adult Throw is, but I want you to imagine the softest thing you have ever felt in your life and multiply it by 10. That's how soft this blanket is. The Swirl/Lush blanket features three amazing textures that are sure to please your senses! One side has rich swirls (teal) while the other side has a lush fabric (charcoal), and both fabrics are framed by a two inch boarder framed by ultra soft fabric similar to the lush. Although you can cuddle either side, I prefer to cuddle with the lush (charcoal) side and often find myself "petting" the swirl. I'm in love with this blanket and I never thought I could say that about a blanket of all things!

Saranoni adult throw's are HUGE, measuring 60 by 80 inches. My favorite part of the blanket (aside form it's softness of course) is that the blanket weighs 5 pounds. The weight of the blanket almost insures that you will fall asleep, and if the weight doesn't put you to sleep, the softness and coziness sure will!

I absolutely adore my Saranoni adult throw and I use it daily. I keep it on the couch and cuddle with it in the morning, afternoon, and at night! Even on hot days I find myself cuddling up to the blanket, it's my new comfort! This is going to sound silly but sleep with an extra blanket up by my face every night and although I can sleep just fine without it, I choose not to! Now that I've discovered how amazing Saranoni is, I am putting their blankets on my wish list for every birthday and christmas gift! My birthday is coming up here in just a few weeks and I've hinted to Mr. Hunky that I'd like to replace my night time cuddle blanket with a Saranoni throw! I'm hoping he takes that hint! 

I highly recommend that you invest in a Saranoni throw for yourself and for your children, I guarantee it will be the only blanket you and your family use. They're really that amazing. Trust me! This is a must have blanket.
