Beyond Bedding Crib Bedding Review

When you're planning for a baby, choosing the nursery theme can be one of the most fun parts of nesting! When Little Mister was little, he never really had a nursery so when we became pregnant with Little Boy I immediately knew that I would be giving him my dream nursery...but I was torn between which theme to go with!

Not wanting to make a solid decision, I decided to go with two different themes - the Aden & Anais Make Believe Inspired theme, and a nautical theme that I could easily alternate and play off of the red decor in the room! I was excited to receive the Nautical Nights 9 Piece Crib Bedding Set because I knew that it would be  a perfect match in our nursery since we already had pops of the beautiful cherry red. The navy helps bring out the pops of color in the curtains and in the diaper pail, and I just love the simplicity of the Nautical Nights set!

After not knowing where I wanted to place the toy bag, I realized that a perfect place would be on the corner of the crib! Little Boy doesn't have to many stuffed animals yet so for now the outside of the crib works as a perfect place for his little stuffed friends to sit and wait for his arrival!

One of my favorite pieces of this set is the crib sheet; I just adore the colors and the pattern of the sheet and thing that it fits perfectly with the crib bumper. Now I know there is a lot of debate about crib bumpers and although I do have this one modeled in the crib, there are other ways to repurpose crib bumpers or safer alternatives if you are not comfortable with using one. 

The decorative pillow is a fun and playful addition to the nursery and made the perfect final touch to the look of the crib, however when Little Boy does arrive the pillow will make permanent residence in our nursery's glider rather than in the crib! Either way, it adds that extra splash of cuteness to a little boy's nursery!

Although the Nautical Nights nursery is a completely different look than our alternate nursery look, the Aden & Anais Make Believe Inspired nursery, I just adore it! The convenience of purchasing a full crib set is fabulous for expectant parents who are ready to get their little one's nursery set up and continue with the nesting!
