Get in the Car. Go to Old Navy. STAT!

Today I spent the afternoon doing something that I rarely do these days. I went shopping! It was so much fun to get out and spend a little money without feeling guilty about it. Usually when I go shopping I'm counting pennies and stressing out over what else I could be spending the money on, but today was a different story.

My friend and I went to Bed Bath and Beyond and picked up a much needed rice cooker then headed next door to Old Navy. Typically Old Navy is a store that I skip just because I usually don't find much for myself there, and since Little Mister didn't need anything it didn't even cross my mind to go there. But we did and I am so glad! Upon walking in the store we were informed that they were having a "take an additional 50% off the clearance rack" sale, and it was like music to my ears.

1 hour later I headed to the checkout with about 25 items in hand. Usually that amount of clothing would have made me cringe but today it was like an episode of Extreme Couponing, I couldn't WAIT to see the total!

For $52.03 I walked out with an overwhelming amount of clothes for both myself and Little Mister and I was SO proud of myself. You must get in the car, right now, and go to Old Navy. I was told that the sale would last through the weekend but at prices this good, things will go fast!

Check out what we got! (Please excuse the quality of the pictures, I took them quickly before I lost daylight!)

3T Rash Guard: $0.97
3T Gray Trunks: $0.73
3T White Trunks: $1.23

Sweat Shorts in various sizes from 2T-5T (7 Pairs!!!) $0.48 each

3T Cargo Shorts w/Belt: $2.33 each

 5T Old Navy Tank: $0.48
4T Gray Sweatshirt: $4.74
Isn't is SO cute?! (See Below for Better Picture)

5T PJ Sets: Raccoon $3.24
                       Space Bear: $2.48
             Truck $2.99

Teal Long Sleeve: $2.49
White Sweatshirt: $3.74

Hello Gorgeous Tee: $2.99
Olive Tank: 2.74

White Tank: $1.73
Blue Stripped Tank: $1.48

These deals were WAY to good to pass up and I had to share! I stocked up on Little Mister's clothes that he probably won't even wear for a few years but at prices like $0.48 and $2.99 I just couldn't leave them on the shelves!

Are you walking out of your door yet?

  2. ahh!! I must go to my Old Navy today, then! Also, I LOVE your "Hello There" shirt. If I can find it at my Old Navy, I will have to add the word "Sweetie" below it, because River Song! (if you are familiar with Doctor Who) :)

  4. Old Navy has some great prices and I love their kids clothes. Unfortunately I am not a fan of the adult clothing. It seems to shrink and wear quickly.

    1. I totally agree MaryAnn! They're great for kids (and have cute stuff with bulldogs on them occasionally) but not great for adults).

  7. HAHAHA that post reminds me so much of my sisters. They are all about the finding sales at the stores that they love. Me, I just go for the places like Ross or Marshall's.

  8. Shhh! Don't tell all the locals...Old Navy is my secret for filling out my daughter's wardrobe cheap! Between Old Navy and Target clearance items I NEVER spend more than $2 per item. I refuse to buy second hand because I can get clothes soooo cheap!

  11. I love Old Navy and I'm so disappointed that I missed out on that sale! I just hate braving the crowds at the mall, so I don't go to ON as often as I'd like. :(
