Strolling Into Spring Day 15: RoSK Sun Cover Review & Giveaway

It's Day 15 of Strolling Into Spring and today we're going to be talking about the RoSK Sun Cover! If you're headed out for walks with your little one, naturally you will want to protect them from the harsh UV rays of the sun and what better way to do so than with RoSK.

RoSK stands for Rain Or Shine Kids, and man do they mean it! RoSK provides you with baby gear blankets and covers to keep your little one protected no matter the weather! Since we are strolling into spring and getting some beautiful sunny weather I thought it would be fitting to share with you my new 'secret weapon'. Keeping your baby out of the harmful UV rays is a must, but with majority of strollers you can only protect them with the canopy so much. Even if you do find that gem of a stroller that encloses your baby from the sun, chances are their little legs are still hanging out, exposed to the sunlight. Yes, sunscreen will help, but only to a certain point.

RoSK created an amazing Sun Cover that ties onto your stroller in for different areas, ensuring that your little one will not be able to remove the Sun Cover from being over them! The RoSK Sun Cover is made from a six ounce single layer of 100% cotton material that includes UPF 45+ that will not wash out! Since the sun cover is made from cotton it is highly breathable and your child will not over heat like they would with a blanket covering them.

Whats great about the RoSK Sun Cover is that it will fit any stroller comfortably and provide covering for your little one. We used our RoSK Sun Cover with our Kiddy USA City N Move stroller (review & giveaway coming later this month!) and we were able to fold down a portion of the Sun Cover so that Baby A could have access to his snacks. I chose to keep his feet sticking out because, well, you know toddlers and how they are picky about some things...

As shown below, simply tie the Sun Cover onto your stroller and your child will be unable to remove it from the top of them, unless of course they're older and can untie a bow! In the photo below the Sun Cover is tied onto the bottom portion of the stroller, almost where the foot rest is for your little one.

Below is a top view of Baby A and his sun cover, as you can see it is tied also toward the top of the stroller to keep him protected. We did tie it in all four designated areas!

As an added bonus, you can even use your RoSK Sun Cover with your infant carrier!! Simply tie it on (or you may want to have your spouse help you by tying it) and your baby will be protected even when they're snuggled up to you. Baby A was getting antsy during our photo shoot so I wasn't able to tie the Sun Cover on without him kicking profusely in the process, so if you have a squirmy toddler as well, please know that even if you leave the bottom two ties untied from the baby carrier, your little on will still be protected from the sun!

Anyone who has a child should invest in a RoSK Sun Cover! Although it was not mentioned in the review above, you can also tie the Sun Cover to your child's infant car seat so if you are out in the sunshine say at the pool or park, you can rest assured that your infant is protected from the sun while cozy in their car seat!
