ReplyDeleteMy 3yo daughter gets really loud and screechy when she is over tired. Yesterday she refused to nap & at one point during bedtime routine let out a loud squawk/scream. My 6 mo son squawked back at her. It was pretty funny!

ReplyDeleteI still don't have a little one (soon!) but my little brothers spoke sign language months before they could verbally speak!
ReplyDeleteMy granddaughter is 15 months old and in the very curious stage, climbing, chewing, trying to speak new words, dancing and wailing when she is redirected from a no no haha She is the light of my life :)
ReplyDeleteShe is such a snuggler and so sweet. She also is really big into pretend. She is two and a half it is so fun watching her play mommy and kitchen
ReplyDeleteFun Fact: I am sitting in the hospital right now waiting for our new grandchild to be born! She's dilated 8cm and contractions are 3 min apart, should be soon!!!!!! Grandbaby #5 and I have 6 kids all grown and it is still as exciting as #1

ReplyDeleteThe little one we want to win the carrier for is not here yet. He/she will be here in August. Tomorrow we learn the gender of our sweet pea. This baby will be our 14th grandchild.

ReplyDeleteThe first thing everyone comments on when they see my son is his full head of hair! He was born with more hair than most babies have months and months later!
ReplyDeleteMy sweet girl is our 7th child and 4th girl.
ReplyDeleteMy 4 year old son is so helpful and loves to be right by your side whenever you are doing anything. However he thinks he knows it all and will correct you on everything! For instance we are tiling our bathroom and are waiting to lay the files by the shower until it is done and the baseboards are taken off. And my son says very matter of fact, "there are still some things that need to be done in here, like the time by the shower and the boards by the floor. The toilet is also missing mommy! Where are you going to go potty if you don't have a toilet?" Hahahaha! Got to love the honesty of kids!

ReplyDeleteMy baby girl said "mama" at 5.5 months, but she couldn't yet play with toys then (she can now, no worries. <3) Also she loves "petting" the cat (more batting and grabbing), and strangely...the cat loves it too!
