*I received a complimentary Fort Magic kit for review in exchange for my honest thoughts and opinions*
Fort Magic is an innovative fort building and construction toy that enables children to build 3D, kid-created, "life-size" worlds for inventive play! Imagine the hours of excitement at playtime, play dates, sleepovers and family-time as children build "forts" shaped like pirate ships, castles, playhouses, submarines, airplanes, teepees, tunnels, and so much more...all from just one Fort Magic kit! Fantasy becomes reality with Fort Magic through the power of a child's own creative hands! Easy to build, easy to clean up! Fort Magic ignites children's imagination for hours of creative play!
Who doesn't love building forts? Fort building takes me back to my childhood; my siblings and I always had some type of fort that we were building to play in! Inside, outside it didn't matter to us; we were always coming up with ways to make them bigger and better than the one before! Now that I have children of my own it is just as much fun helping them build forts and watching their imagination go wild as they turn their fort into a creative masterpiece for us to play in!
When Fort Magic asked me to do a review and giveaway I was so excited I could hardly wait! I knew it would be a huge hit with Little Miss!

We couldn't wait to get started! We decided to start out with one of the easier forts to build which was a tunnel! We had so much fun putting this together I forgot to take pictures of us doing it, but this is what it looked like once it was done! It was so easy to put together leaving plenty of time for playing! Even Nana joined in on the fun!
While we were building this tunnel Baby C was asleep, so Little Miss decided to make a friend to play with!
For our second fort Little Miss decided she wanted to build the playhouse! This one obviously took a little more time, but it was time well spent! The instruction manual is very easy to understand, Little Miss was able to set aside all the pieces that were needed for this fort and figure out where each piece went with little help! These forts really are "life-size" so she did need the stool to help her reach the higher areas.
Fort Magic doesn't offer fort covers yet so once the frame work was done we covered it with some sheets and blankets that we had on hand, using the fabric clips that were included in the kit. When we had it all covered Little Miss couldn't wait to get into her dress up clothes and play! The kids had so much fun playing in the playhouse we decided to leave it up for a few days, and surprisingly it stayed standing even with a couple wild 2 year olds running around in it!
Here are some other amazing forts you can build with this kit!

Fort Magic covers are coming soon! I cannot wait for that! Until then we will enjoy using our creativity with the covers we have!
"Kids love to build forts! There's no doubt about it. Give them a Fort Magic kit and they are happily creating and inventing for hours to come! Whether they are building designs from Fort Magic's manual, or cleverly inventing new designs of their own, kids will have a tremendous amount of fun building with their Fort Magic kit! However, another benefit of building with Fort Magic parents may not realize is that it is also an excellent learning tool for the most important habits of happiness and success! This is what Fort Magic is truly passionate about; combining creativity and learning while having tons of fun! But you don't need to take our word on it, listen to what Fort Magic parents have to say!"
I am very impressed with this kit; it is well put together and worth every penny! I highly recommend the Fort Magic kit! If you are looking for a great way to get your child away from the TV and other electronics this is something that will keep them occupied day after day! This kit has really brought Little Miss' creativity out; I love watching her build things that are not in the instruction manual, when she finishes she is so proud of herself! Some days she will spend hours creating forts for her and Baby C to play in! I really believe that every family should have a Fort Magic kit!
