It is bittersweet to watch my little guy grow up so quickly. Parts of me wishes he could stay little forever while the other parts are having so much fun watching him learn and explore. As he gets older the not so distant realism of potty training enters my mind more and more. Obviously potty training a little boy is going to be quite a bit different than it would be potty training a little girl, since they well, potty differently! One thing I had not considered while brain storming potty training was the height challenge. How would Baby A aim if he wasn't tall enough!? A wonderful MCO reader and I were chatting one day when she told me a story about how she was out with her little guy while potty training and he couldn't reach over the toilet. At some point parents are faced with the question of how to potty train and when to potty train our child. The appropriate age for child potty training varies, and potty training a boy will differ from potty training a girl. However, all parents agree that when it is time to start potty training, the process should be as smooth as possible. Child potty training is challenging, but with the right tools, it can be much easier. So when I decided it was time to potty train my boy, I purchased a potty training potty and a bathroom step stool. I thought I had everything I needed.

This made me realize that other mothers wanted the same thing I wanted--a lightweight, travel step stool for their child. I decided to design and manufacture a step stool that would meet this need. Finally, after many years of engineering and testing, the Tip Pee Toe Step Stool is a reality."
Although I cannot fully review this product due to Baby A not being appropriate stage in life, Tip Pee Toe generously sent me one of their Step Stools to give my overall opinion on and have for when Baby A is ready! When it arrived the first thing that I noticed is that it was 'gift ready' meaning if you wanted to give it to a friend or family member, all you would have to do is wrap it in some tissue paper and throw it into a gift bag!
The Tip Pee Toe Step Stool is only a few inches tall (5.5 to be exact) so your little one will be able to easily get on and off of the stool without mommy having to worry!
After playing around with this product to the best of my ability without fully reviewing it with Baby A, I was very impressed and I think it can be such an amazing tool to moms, especially moms with little boys!! I am looking forward to having it around while we start potty training!
