If your child or children are anything like my son, every meal you're given a run for your money. I cannot for the life of me get Little Mister to eat anything that I make so thick textured puree's that can be eaten like pudding and smoothies have been a go to. Below are some go-to recipes that I make for Little Mister when I'm feeling frustrated and just want to get a meal down into that belly of his!

All of the smoothies above are delicious with vanilla greek yogurt added to them! You could also add apple or orange juice as a substitution for milk if your child has a lactose intolerance.
Enjoy!
Thanks for sharing this! I would much rather make my own smoothies/purees than buy the ones at the store..very overpriced!
ReplyDeleteThis is awesome. Thank you! I will definitely be trying these recipes on my 1 year old (who is indeed lactose intolerant, boo :() and also on my 4 year old who is sometimes a picky eater & doesn't want to eat much, either!
ReplyDeleteSmoothies are one of my new favorite things...Do I HAVE TO share these with my toddler? lol
ReplyDeleteThankfully my kids are pretty good eaters but on other days, it's such a battle! Something tells me making smoothies is in my near future :)
