Baby Trend has been one of the leaders in baby gear for years, and I have had the opportunity to work with them on several occasions and they have always exceeded my expectations and have been a wonderful brand to work with. They were generous enough to send me a Playyard in "Supernova" for the upcoming arrival of Little Boy and I was over the moon! I didn't have a playyard with Little Mister because when he was born we lived in a small one bedroom apartment and I didn't have the space for one. His changing table was in our bedroom along with his basinet so I never had the need for a playyard, but with Little Boy I knew that I would need one, not only for the fact that we will be using it while we are out and about and traveling, but so that I could have it in our bedroom to change diapers in the middle of the night! 

If you've ever used a play yard, you'll know that they are all pretty similar in structure and set up. Simply click together the each side of frame and push down on the mechanism in the center; once everything has clicked together you're ready to go! What sets the Baby Trend Nursery Center (play yard) apart is not only is it easy to set up, but it comes with several upgraded features that I just love! 

It seems as though several parents are regularly using their play yards as a place for their little one to sleep in whether it be overnight or for a nap, and for those teeny tiny babies it's best to not have them so low to the ground. Taking consideration of this, Baby Trend's play yard includes a removable bassinet feature that allows for the baby to sleep further up in the play yard. To utilize the basinet all one has to do is attach the bassinet portion to the frame, place the metal supports in their designated areas, and place the mattress on top of it! 

As I mentioned, I will be primarily using our play yard in the beginning for nighttime diaper changes and I am thrilled that I will get to fully utilize the diaper changing station that the play yard includes. There is a convenient fold away changing area and a convenient diaper stacker that can hold several diapers and a box of wipes! I was able to place 10+ cloth wipes and our spray bottle in top section of the diaper stacker, and about 8 newborn cloth diapers (with room for more) in the bottom portion! Thanks to Baby Trend, we are all set for nighttime changes!

As an added bonus, Baby Trend also took consideration of baby's play time in their Nursery Center and included a musical attachment that includes lullabies, nature sounds, and even a nightlight! There is also volume control so if you are wanting to soothe your child you can put it on a lower volume than you would for daytime play. The Nursery Center also includes a brightly colored mobile to stimulate your little ones hand-eye coordination by encouraging them to bat, reach, and grasp!

For the time being we have our Nursery Center set up in the living room, anxiously awaiting Little Boys arrival, but once he comes home from the hospital it will be rolled into our bedroom for more convenience! I do love that the Nursery Center is on wheels so that you can easily move it from one place to another, and breaking it down is simple for when you need to bring it with you outside of the home! I can already tell that I am going to love having a play yard this time around and I am so grateful that Baby Trend created this stylish and convenient Nursery Center! We love it!
